I love medieval music and imagery....the songs and the troubadours and the illuminated borders on books.  From what I've read about women in medieval times, however, I don't think many of the girls had this much fun.

Winter and bells, and trumpets heard from a far distance. The blue shadows and the pink light of a snowstorm in the city.  The startling structures of trees laden with snow....their patterns of growth suddenly revealed.  Black/White.  Bring a torch, Jeanette, Isabella........

Beautiful! Love the unexpected bits like the apple growing out of the leaf. I wouldn't mind an accent wall that looks just like this. It would make me so happy...
