Acoustics
Jill and her husband teach music
at home. Four pianos
in the living room
and two on the porch.
All day harmonies rise,
jostle together
like party balloons
on the ceiling.
Fugues are served at noon.
chords stacked and eaten
in sandwiches that resonate
pleasantly, in the bowels and sinus.
At night whole notes scuttle
under pantry cups
and attic winds stutter
with echoes from the metronome.
Sigh. Then settle.

Hi Jennifer,
I am attempting to assist a bulgarian friend, Vlado, who is a muralist and fine art painter to find contacts in Seattle. Can you give me your e-mail address so that I could send images of his work to you if you can possibly help refer him or direct him?
Thanks,
Justin Rodda
